Who benefits most from CSIC?
In the first module, you learn how to effectively design and formulate a strategy with an organization and turn it into an actionable roadmap ready for implementation. You will gain insights into all key building blocks of strategy and how to make them work with and for an organization.
This includes developing robust facilitation, integration and formulation skills, and equipping you to develop a Joint Strategic View that is understood, embraced and enacted.
In the second module, you develop comprehensive implementation support skills. We start where project management ends. You will gain insights into the interplay between strategy and culture, enabling you to influence organizational climate and operational culture.
You will develop strong implementation coaching skills, enabling you to address mindset and habit changes. After this module, you can design and execute implementation support programs working both one-on-one and in team settings.
