Jeroen Kraaijenbrink
Jeroen Kraaijenbrink is an accomplished strategy educator, mentor, author, and consultant with over two decades of experience, extending from academia through business and industry.

He empowers people and organizations discover, formulate, and execute their future plans by providing innovative tools for forward-thinking strategy making and both personal and organizational development.

Jeroen has a PhD in industrial management, teaches at the University of Amsterdam, has authored 6 books on strategy, is a Top Voice LinkedIn influencer and Forbes contributor, and has helped significantly improve the strategies of organizations across the globe.

Timothy Tiryaki
Timothy Tiryaki is a recognized leader in culture transformation and leadership development with over two decades of experience across multinational corporations, consulting, and academia.

As co-founder of Strategy.inc, Timothy is dedicated to helping leaders clarify their North Star, align strategy with culture, and ensure accountability through implementation coaching.

Timothy started his career at Procter & Gamble and Intel, later consulting at Great Place to Work Inc., leading culture projects for Fortune 500 companies. He holds a PhD in Leadership Education, is an ICF-accredited coach, and author of Leading with Culture (2024).
