While we facilitate series of workshop with a variety of strategy stakeholders, we connect the dots, underline the threads and distill the emerging strategy. In the implementation process, expect intensive and laser-focused coaching with critical moments of mentorship. We bridge the accountability process together with leadership development and competency development.

One important point, if an organization is looking for an expert consultant to conduct extensive analysis and tell what the strategy should be, we are not be the right fit.

While we can facilitate such retreats, we prefer engaging in the full strategy and implementation process, which includes educating the organization and developing the strategy, because experience shows this is far more effective. For shorter engagements, our Strategy Reinvention Day Workshop is a valuable option, focusing on leadership alignment and strategic direction.

Our process involves six to eight half-day workshops, typically delivered over 2-3 months, resulting in a Joint Strategic View and a 3-Year Implementation Roadmap. We then provide 9-36 months of optional implementation support, including facilitation, team coaching, and 1:1 coaching for leaders.

While analysis is important, we believe strategy should be shaped by leaders and based on their expertise, ideas and viewpoints, not dictated by numbers. We don't offer market research, financial forecasts, or feasibility studies directly but collaborate with external partners for these services. Our strength lies in collaborative strategy design and implementation to make your organization actually move in the right direction.

Our network includes certified strategy and implementation consultants across 15 countries. Each consultant has 20+ years of experience, primarily in management consulting, with advanced degrees. We match client needs with the right consultant and project manager. We don’t assign junior consultant which do most of the work for a senior partner to just present the results. All of our consultants are senior, highly skilled and seasoned consultants.

We develop detailed implementation plans based on a 3-Year Roadmap, then work with leaders to build cohesion and collaboration through quarterly and monthly routines. We also offer one-on-one implementation coaching to foster accountability. For operational support, we partner with organizations specializing in detailed action plans.
