Our methodology

Engaging workshops

Our full cycle approach typically consists of a series of six to eight half-day workshops for strategy design, which can be delivered over 2-3 months, plus two workshops on building the roadmap and implementation plan per business unit/function. Following that, we facilitate and coach quarterly implementation meetings and monthly progress meetings.

Planning the approach

Our strategy approach begins with the Strategy Sketch and North Star Canvas, setting the foundation for strategic planning. We refine your strategy through a detailed assessment, Stretch Scenarios, and Strategy Dilemmas, culminating in the Joint Strategic View (JSV) document.

From the JSV, we develop a three-year high-level Strategy Roadmap, followed by a one-year action plan with OKRs and Balanced Scorecards. Throughout implementation, we support leaders in maintaining momentum, focusing on leadership role modeling and driving forward the strategic agenda. Our implementation coaching holds leaders accountable on driving progress, while helping them develop strategy competencies on the job.

3-year roadmap

Our overall three-year roadmap take a hands-on approach in the first year, followed by educating power users through certification and developing strategy competencies across all levels in the second year. In the final year, we focus on fostering a culture of strategic thinking to ensure the sustainability of the overall approach across your entire organization.
