Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Strategy.Inc website and participation in all programs offered by Strategy.Inc, including online or in-person training for individuals, corporate projects, as well as events and conferences.
By accessing the website, enrolling in a program, or joining any of our events, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Products and Services Covered
- CSIC Certification Program
- Strategy Reinvented Conference
- Competency Consulting
- Other Consulting and Competency-Based Programs
2. Intellectual Property Usage
Participants acknowledge that the intellectual property provided through any of our programs (e.g., the Certified Strategy & Implementation Consultant (CSIC) Program) is granted as a limited license. This license allows participants to use the materials for the following purposes:- Delivery of strategic planning services
- Strategy design and formulation consulting
- Implementation support and coaching
- Train or certify others using the materials
- Reproduce or create certificate programs or training programs without written permission
3. Payment of Fees
All program fees, including for the CSIC Certification Program, Strategy Reinvented Conference, and any consulting services, are invoiced and administered by Strategy.Inc, based in Canada, BC. Key payment terms:- All fees must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the program.
- Payments can be made via credit card or direct transfer. Organizations may request an invoice and pay within 30 days before the first session.
- A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of €200 applies to new participants, although this may be waived under special conditions.
- Fees for recertification (valid for three years) are currently set at €1,000 and include a retraining program.
- For corporate cohorts, specific terms and conditions are outlined in individual contracts.
4. Withdrawals and Refunds
Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 10 business days before the first session to receive a full refund, less a non-refundable registration fee of €200.- Written notification of withdrawal is required and must be sent to info@strategy.inc at least 10 business days prior to the course start.
- Refunds (excluding the registration fee and any transfer costs) will be processed within 5 business days, though they may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
- If notification of withdrawal is not received at least 10 business days before the course, the participant forfeits the entire course fee.
5. Brand Guidelines
Participants who successfully complete certification programs may use their certificate logo according to the brand guidelines provided during the program. The use of the Strategy.Inc logo is strictly prohibited unless explicit written permission is granted. Social media posts referencing materials from Strategy.Inc are permitted, provided the source is appropriately credited and cited.6. Recertification Policy
Certificates issued by Strategy.Inc have a three-year validation period. To maintain certification, participants must attend a recertification session prior to the expiration of their certificate. The recertification fee is currently set at €1,000, which includes two half-day sessions (conducted remotely) and covers new tools and resources developed since the original certification.7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Strategy.Inc reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the Strategy.Inc website, and participants will be notified accordingly.Thank you for choosing Strategy.Inc.
