POLICY ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY USAGE
Participants understand and agree that they can use the intellectual property shared in the certificate program as a limited license, with paid or unpaid clients, in terms of delivery of strategic planning services, strategy design and formulation consulting, implementation support & coaching. Services can not include training or certifying others to use the materials. Participants can only re-use the materials to create certificate programs or training programs for teaching the same or adapted content if permission granted.
POLICY ON PAYMENT OF FEES
Currently, all Strategy.Inc programs (such as the Certified Strategy & Implementation Consultant CSIS program) are invoiced and administered through Wise Leadership Inc., Coquitlam, Canada.
Program fees, program dates, and further details can be accessed through the website Strategy.Inc.
All program fees related to enrollment in any of our programs are due at least 30 days before the first session. Payment can be made via credit card or direct transfer. Organizations are welcome to request an invoice first and pay 30 days prior to the start of the first session. Individual participants paying upfront with their personal funds and receiving reimbursement from their organizations can do so under the same terms described in this policy. In such cases, the participant’s organization will still receive an invoice from Wise Leadership Inc.
Once a participant is accepted into a course and completes their official registration details through our Enrollment Office, the participant’s eligibility to attend the course is subject to receipt of payment for all fees and tuition. A one-time 200 euros registration fee is required for any new participants. Maslow can waive the registration fee on special conditions.
The participant’s/authorized organizational representative’s signature on the enrollment form authorizes Wise Leadership Inc. to automatically invoice and/or charge the authorized credit card for the outstanding balance 30 days prior to the course start date. We will notify the authorized individual if a charge to the credit card is not approved or payment via another method is not received by the due date. Response and payment are required within 5 business days of our notification; if not, the student’s space in the course will be released and you will be notified of your withdrawal.
Wise Leadership Inc. currently only accepts payment from organizational representatives and/or professionals invoicing their respective organizations (private, public, non-profit organizations or sole proprietorships).
This policy is effective for open classes only and not for corporate cohorts. Terms and conditions around the payment of tuition and fees for private corporate cohorts are outlined in their contract.
Participants acknowledge that Certificates have a three-year validation and require a retraining day before the expiration date. The recertification fee is currently at 1,000 euros every three years, and this includes the recertification training (two half-days, online/remote). The recertification programs focus on sharing new tools and resources developed.
POLICY FOR WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
If a participant chooses to withdraw from a registered course at least 10 business days prior to the first session, they will receive a full refund of any amounts already paid, excluding a 200 Euros non-refundable registration fee, even if not charged upfront. In order to cancel and receive a refund, registered participants must notify Wise Leadership Inc. in writing and at least 10 business days before the first session begins.
Written notice, by email, of cancellation shall be effective on the date it is received by Wise Leadership Inc.. Refunds, (less the non-refundable registration fee and any transfer costs), will be processed within 5 business days following the receipt of written notice. Depending on your provider, refunds can take up to 30 days to be reflected on your credit card statement.
If a participant, or their organizational representative, does not notify us of intention to withdraw at least 10 business days in advance of the first session, they will forfeit the full course fee.

Oral cancellations in person or by phone, choosing to not attend without notification, or contacting an instructor or coach directly will not be considered as acceptable ways to obtain a refund and withdraw from the course.
In rare cases, Wise Leadership Inc. may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Cancellations and rescheduling initiated by our organization will result in a full refund to enrolled students if another suitable course or program schedule is unavailable.

POLICY ON BRAND GUIDELINES
All participants agree that they will accept and adhere to the Brand & Certificate logo usage guidelines covered during the training program and shared as a resource document. Participants can only use their certificate logo and are not allowed to use the Strategy.Inc logo unless permission granted.
Social Media posts of materials are allowed as long as the source is properly cited and credited.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration to any program does not grant or promise anything related to visas.
